I hesitate to call this one of the prettiest cars Ferrari have produced in some years, only because I have not yet seen it live. My personal view from what I have seen thus far is that it is going to be a jaw dropper. Not since the introduction of the F355 have I been this excited about the styling of a Ferrari.

Maranello’s legendary marque has built some beautiful cars in its history, and no doubt some of the best driving sports cars and GTs of all time. They have however, come under fire from critics in recent years for the somewhat understated styling. The 360 Modena and the F430 both gorgeous cars especially when sitting behind the wheel of one. I am of the opinion though, that those two models in particular are more stunning live than in photos. The 456 and 612 Scaglietti have been referred to as yawners. The 599 and California began to take a different shape, in part due to the front engine layout and therefore longer bonnet, no doubt.

This 458 Italia is clearly a defining moment in terms of next generation styling from the prancing horse’s stable. Proud to wear the badge, this beast is a looker for certain.
