A Canadian Tribute to George Chuvalo
On May 9th, the George Chuvalo Canadian Tribute Dinner took place at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in support of Chuvalo’s charity, raising one million dollars for Fight Against Drugs. The sold-out event featured entertainment by Michael Burgess, in addition to an exciting live auction. Fellow boxers Muhammad Ali and George Foreman both served as honorary chairs.
