Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal, Princess Anne, Colonel-in-Chief, Canadian Forces Communications and Electronics Branch, attended the gala reception of the 110th Anniversary of Military Communications held at The National Club in Toronto on Oct. 23, 2013. The evening was organized by the 33 Signal Regiment Foundation with the assistance of Canada Company. Funds raised from the event support The Princess Anne’s Charities Trust, the Prince’s Charities, and many military charities, including the International Knightly Order of St. George; the Military Families Fund; the True Patriot Love Foundation; Canada Company; and the Communications and Electronics Museum Foundation.Princess Anne is widely known for her charitable work. She is president of Save the Children Fund and holds official positions with over 200 charities around the world.
